recommended by a colleague. Phone was answered immediately and I was speaking to a really helpful and knowledgeable lady called Kennedy. She sorted my flights out exactly as I wanted and saved me an unbelievable £800 compared to booking direct. She sorted my wife's mobility scooter and special assistance at all airports. Once I'd paid she gave me the booking ref. I went straight to Singapore Airlines website and there was my booking. I was given a special 24/7 number to ring in case of any emergency. Absolutely amazing service. Don't hesitate - book with DialAFlight.

Doubly disappointing that husband had to cancel flights to NZ for 2nd time due to ill health & pending ops. The team couldn't have helped more both with original bookings and cancellations. It was a pleasure to book and not stressful when forced to cancel. Definitely recommend them.

I was stuck in Jakarta because my flight was cancelled three times due to a volcano eruption. My flight back would have cost nearly £900 but Travis moved it for me so I got home for free, booked my hotel and sorted my dietary requirements at the same time. Everything was changed on the DialAFlight app so when I checked in at Emirates there was no fuss. If I had booked the flight independently I would have struggled, as the internet connection is not so good on a mobile phone 7000 miles away from home. Thanks again.
