It was a long flight. But everything worked out as promised apart from at Heathrow. But then sadly that seems to be the norm at Heathrow. It has to be the worst airport in the world

My experience with DialAFlight was amazing. Colin Barlow helped us plan our holiday to Thailand with great recommendations and knowledge on family hotels and location, travelling with two young children. The location and facilities in the hotel he recommended were perfect. He was friendly and helpful and always contacted us when he said he would. There was a flight delay which would cause an issue connecting with our second flight back to the UK. We called Colin out of hours and received updates from him and it was sorted out. Delighted with this first class service. We will definitely use again

Thanks to Des Wing for sorting out all our travel plans. The flights and connections were great and all of the hotels were fantastic, especially Viroth's Hotel in Siem Reap.
Lauren, who dealt with our flights was fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble. The only downside we had was being told by one of Lauren's colleagues that we needed to pick up our bags in Bangkok. This was incorrect

Dale from the Manchester office is absolutely superb to deal with. Very helpful, actually cares and this is why I am a repeat customer. I go away twice a year and he always delivers fantastic customer service, hence my loyalty. It is important to be able to speak to a person not do everything on the net. He delivers every time!

The DialAFlight app was a useful tool for keeping track of our itinerary details, with the temperature guidelines for our various stopovers a nice touch. Very efficient. Always helpful on the phone even ringing back to check how we got on with things. You also answer the phone within 5 rings which is a big big bonus. Have used you now on a few occasions and will continue to do so on this basis.
