I took BA economy plus. It was slightly disappointing as it seems to be under staffed. And their app did not work for check in on return flight. I thought you might have better feedback forums with them. Next time I might consider an alternative airline.

It's great to have a real person to talk to and arrange things. Jane and Sadie were both helpful and attentive including a pre-trip call back from them to make sure we had everything covered. The app also made the trip easy to manage on the hoof which was important as we had multiple flights.
Everything went smoothly apart from the flight home. It was delayed 4 hours and because we had no signal out in the bush we were unaware. We couldn’t check in and so had to sit several rows apart.
Marshall is fabulous. Truly epitomises what excellent client service looks like and proactively kept me informed as well as advising on flexible options during the pandemic.

I am so happy to be back and I appreciate all the effort by your staff, Sean in particular. I received all the information about the cancellation of flights on time and my flight back was excellent. Thank you ever so much and keep it up.
Next time, I'll try to have less time between flights. Two long waits at Frankfurt and Joburg made it a very tedious journey. In future I'll ask for alternatives.

No fault of DialAflight but appalling service from Virgin. Return flight from Johannesburgh to Heathrow cancelled twice - 2 nights in hotel - should have landed Saturday 15th April 06.35 - finally landed Sunday 16th April 21.35!
