All excellent as usual. One comment for other travellers - we (my son and I) got 'bumped off' our Emirates flight from Dubai to Bahrain (economy). It worked out OK after some hard bargaining but clearly online check in 24 hrs earlier is advisable for this type of flight, something I had never previously considered necessary.

As always DialAFlight gave great customer service. Flight from Heathrow to Edinburgh was 2 hours delayed but nothing to do with dial a flight. I have used them for five years now and always get excellent service and advice.

We were looked after by Lance who sourced two Business class return tickets to Bahrain for us at a price way lower than anything I could find even after extensive searches on the web. I had a few queries just ahead of the trip and was always able to get hold of Lance who was always extremely helpful. It is so nice to get personal support it makes such a difference. Based upon our experience I have already recommended DialAFlight to some of my “frequent traveller “ friends.
