Don’t recommend the Sheraton for 3 people. The double beds were tiny however they did give us an accessible room with more bed space. Staff very disinterested but trip otherwise was great.

Hyatt Grand Central Hotel New York check in was a nightmare because of lack of staff but then great. BA ‘Cattle Class’ was dreadful with average/minus food.

Billy Gardiner was excellent - he gave us a great deal, communicated with us throughout and offered excellent advice

Service expectations were high but your performance was truly exceptional including: - Extra legroom emergency row plane seats. - Quiet hotel room furthest from v noisy NYC street. - Very speedy recompense of cancelled flight refund. - Speedy and efficient answering of office phones

Overall my experience with you was very good.

The only downside was the lack of facilities in the hotel. No tea/coffee making and no restaurant until lunchtime. I asked if I could have a chair in my room but couldn’t.

Special circumstances arose which meant changing our plans and flights. To have to cope with the airlines in an attempt to sort it out would have been stressful and no doubt distressing. Two telephone calls to DialAFlight had everything settled in a friendly and most helpful way. Full marks.
