I really enjoyed my trip, everything worked out very well for me.

I was surprised to see that your fare was cheaper than directly with South African Airways. I will check in future first with you and compare before buying. I had thought that dealing directly with the airline was cheaper as there was no middle-man. I had my flight booked and I departed within 24 hours.

One of my flights was cancelled on my recent trip and l was quickly notified. This problem was also sorted out quickly and communication brilliant.
