Many people ask why do we bother booking our flights through a third party when it is straightforward to book your own? Since using DialAFlight many years ago, I still find it reassuring that you always try to accommodate my requests and consistently come up with a good deal.

No issues and a great deal of help booking our flights.

You were ONLY let down by very poor customer relations by Kenyan Airways (Nairobi). We were delayed 18 hours going out to Lilongwe. Nobody knew what was going on, no communication, very little food and all last minute stuff that had the hallmark of 'Fawlty Towers'. Will have to be persuaded to go Kenyan again.
