Amazing service as per usual

Staff so good - just excellent

Not sure what happened to the car hire. We were going to be given a pretty small Toyota when I thought I’d booked a larger one. They were gracious and upgraded us to a mini SUV - which we definitely needed!

Excellent all round service - reassured me

The connecting flight time was too short as BA was 45 mins delayed on take off ! Collecting suitcase at Joburg took 40 mins leaving a very tight time scale to go through security and check in so had to push in front of queue to get to flight before gate closed. Although this wasn’t your problem it was still a stressful 30 mins to get to plane on time through no fault of yours or mine

We had hoped that we could check our luggage straight through but this was not the case. Despite flying Club with Air France our ticket did not allow access to the Club lounge in London or Paris.

Virgin Atlantic food is horrible!

On tours with private car/ driver - would be helpful to get a welcome pack on arrival detailing all the pick up times for each transfer so you can relax knowing who is coming for you and when. We had to keep asking our drivers when they’d be collecting us and they often didn’t know and had to ring their office to check which felt a bit disorganised

Gino could not have been more helpful in designing a flight that completely suited our needs, involving a different arrival and departure point - and a surfboard!

All travel went well but good to know your staff are there to help if needed.
