One of my Rimowa suitcases was broken on arrival in George. Impossible to say which airline caused the damage, but the suitcase now no longer has a lock and part of the front is torn open. Replacement Rimowa is £650.
Flights were all good and on time. The only problem arose on the return trip when our luggage did not get on to our connecting flight in Zurich for Heathrow. But Swissair arranged for delivery to our home that evening - all very efficient.

Yet another brilliant experience booking through DialAFlight. The only thing I would say which was slightly challenging was to transfer between flights at JNB where we had to collect and then check in luggage again for the domestic leg of our journey, resulting in all our bags including child car seat not arriving with us at our final destination. It all worked out in the end and am very grateful to DialAFlight for the brilliant customer service.

The only problem was we were charged 7000 rand (£300) to bring our golf bags back - this charge was made at George Airport. We had no choice but to pay but it seemed a very high price. Virgin at Heathrow charged us £70 a bag on the way out and that seemed about right.
