From your side all went to plan. But were very disappointed with the flight from London to Nairobi. Poor food. Indifferent service. On the return the flight was delayed by 3 hrs

We had a problem when arriving at Kilimanjaro Airport as nobody was there to meet us. Apparently Leopard Tours had not been advised of our new flight time. This meant we did not get to our hotel until 5am which was not a great start given we started the trek the following day

I have used DialAFlight for many years. They are reliable and efficient and whilst fares sometimes appear cheaper on the internet it is better to deal with people direct. I have always recommended my safari clients to use them.

I would not fly with Kenyan Airlines again. They lost my luggage for 4 days and I had to buy clothes. They actually off loaded about 20 pax luggage in NBI as Precision Air was full
