I have used DialAFlight several times for holidays and flights and the service never wavers. Some companies get you on board and then take you for granted but not DialAFlight.
I would 100% recommend these guys. They are honest, open, quick responding, helpful, funny, professional and always there to pick the phone up as soon as you dial.

Never, ever, again Singapore Airlines. Rubbish service, meals thrown at you and "Premium Economy" dreadful on almost all the flights. Air New Zealand any time.

Not many resorts can claim to have their own nature reserve but Shangri-La Rasa Ria can – as well as a sweeping stretch of beach, Pantai Dalit, Mount Kinabalu in the distance (the highest mountain in southeast Asia) and 400 acres of tropical forest. Set on the east coast island of Kalimantan (Borneo), the resort at Sabah is within reach of Kota Kinabalu International Airport, just 45 minutes away, and close to a beautiful village, Kiulu.
Spa
Unwind at the Chi spa and know that it’s time well spent. With treatments designed to showcase the local culture and therapeutic herbs, it’s a sanctuary for your mind and body. Try a balancing massage, hot stone therapy or indulge in the Sabahan Experience, based on traditional river cleansing, which uses a rice powder body scrub and hot stone massage. There’s also a Golfers Reviver massage if you’ve been on the course, designed to relax muscles around the shoulders, neck, arms and legs followed by an acupressure facial massage.
Room Description
There’s a choice of two wings – the Garden Wing or Ocean Wing – but both offer a variety of accommodation. The Garden Wing boasts 326 guestrooms and each features a private balcony with sea, garden or forest views and a marble bathroom. Whether you plump for an Executive, Deluxe and Superior room or a Suite, you’re sure to have a relaxing stay. Opt for one of the 90 rooms on the new Ocean Wing and enjoy the sound of the waves of the South China Sea as well as a guaranteed view of it and breakfast at the Coast restaurant, which is reserved for Ocean Wing residents. You’ll also have a private outdoor bathtub for two.
Activities
Start your holiday by making of list of what you want to do because it’s easy to be spoilt for choice. For the active, there’s horse riding, safaris, deep-sea fishing, river rafting at the Kiulu River, which is even suitable for beginners, jet-skiing, windsurfing, parasailing and more. You’ll also want to look out for the Rafflesia, the largest flower in the world, on your travels. After which, you can relax by the pool or on the white sand beach, while the kids are at the kids’ club or head to the nature reserve where you can watch exotic birds from the observation tower. The resort also has a programme of activities including cooking demonstrations, water volleyball matches and beach soccer.
Dining
You’ll never be short of somewhere to drink and dine with a choice of six restaurants and two bars. Coast, a haven of mouthwatering cuisine with a beachfront vista and outdoor terrace, is the place to enjoy dishes such as Blow-torched Hokkaido scallops with dragon fruit or sea bass with wild lemon balm and eucalyptus from the golf course. You can even enjoy your meal in one of three private, thatched gazebos. Head to Kozan Teppan-yaki for a Japanese-style experience with plenty of fresh fish dishes cooked on the hotplates. For the flavours of Northern India, visit Naan - Flavours of India, a host of spicy specialties from coastal Goa, or wander along Tepi Laut Makan Street for simple food stalls set along streets with traditional dancers, which transforms into a poolside bar during the day. There’s also all-day dining at the Coffee Terrace and Golfers' Terrace and drinks at the beachside Sampan Bar and the Lobby Lounge.
