DialAFlight never disappoints, provides excellent service before, during and after care. Pricier than other travel agents, but you are guaranteed very good customer service and Steve Merralls is so helpful with his advice and knowledge. Would not use another travel agent.

Totally loved our trip and it was great knowing we had Rupert and Ethan there for support while we were away.
I don't know if the airline suggested the itinerary, but on both outbound and inbound my first flight was late arriving and I missed the second flight. On the way out the second flight did not involve a long wait but on the inbound journey I had an 11 hour wait at Changi airport, granted that Changi must be the best place for a long transit. If I could have had an earlier KL-Singapore flight there I would not have missed the London flight.
