We were not expecting to have to pay for entertainment on a seven-hour flight on Fly Dubai, which offered very limited service in cramped conditions.

As always Philippa's service was excellent. Bali flights were on time with no hanging around when changing flights. Would be lost without her.

No issues with Ray his usual efficient self.

Would not recommend Cathay connection times in Hong Kong.

Long time between flights meant 9 hours in Singapore airport, extended to 11 with delays.

My only criticism is that the DAF team should have had better info about Singapore Airlines A380 business class seating, which is seriously awful and frankly a disgrace for the money.

I think there needs to be clarity about added cost of seat selection at the outset. I knew about this added cost and therefore asked about it but often people don’t and have the cost added at check in ( when the better seats have often been already booked).

The assistance at Abu Dhabi and Kuala Lumpur wes great as opposed to Heathrow which was awful.

We have been looked after by Kylie for over 25 years. Simple or complicated travel, she has always helped to craft our holidays beautifully

Bali was absolutely magical but the return into Heathrow wasn’t good

Fraser really helped with all the questions and our hotel in Hong Kong was excellent

When booking a trip with multiple stops it would be good to be offered a choice of hotels so we could choose our preferred option

In future please make clear whether a group booking is genuinely a group booking. We booked as a 4 but ended up as 2 x 2s which meant we weren’t sat together

Guy does a great job of looking after our interests and keeping us informed along the way. Highly commendable.

Didn’t tell us about SG arrival card entering Singapore on our phones .
