We had to contact the emergency number and spoke to Russell. We wanted to bring our flights forward due to government advice to return to the UK at the earliest opportunity. He dealt with our request speedily and efficiently making the whole process stress free.
Once again Otis was fantastic. He delivers everything we ask for and keeps us updated with a friendly professional attitude. Over the years we have booked many of our holidays through DialAFlight. I have recommended him to lots of family and friends and they too have been very happy with him.
We much appreciated the phone call prior to leaving for Krabi. The Eva flight was excellent, slight delay on departure but flight arrival time made up en route. The in-flight meals were extremely good. We were greeted upon arrival at Bangkok and escorted to their Domestic departures. Really good travel arrangements.
We very much enjoyed the holiday but the second hotel was on a hillside and we had around 180 stairs to the beach. My wife has a medical condition and she struggles with stairs. But the firdt hotel, the Layana was lovely.

I wouldn’t recommend using BA on this route (Heathrow - Bangkok). Their service was awful, the crew were offhand and lazy (almost 10 hours between services on the return leg) and the aircraft were old, out of date, cramped and uncomfortable. DialAFlight did well, BA were rubbish.
Always great service from Saf who has been my 'go to' contact for holidays for the last 6 years. Never let me down and even has the forethought to call me the day before we leave to wish us a good holiday. How many other tour companies would do that!

This is the first time I have used DialAFlight following recommendation. Communication has been great either via a phone call or the phone app. All connections were great. Always there waiting ahead of time with smart drivers & clean cars. Water was always provided. I will be contacting you again soon for my next holiday to The Maldives.
