We had a fantastic holiday in Vietnam. Marshall Finnimore arranged everything and it all went like clockwork. We did not need to worry about anything other than enjoying our holiday. We will definitely be using DialAFlight again in the future.

This is the second time I have used DialAFlight and both times the service provided by Oliver Orr has been excellent. Always available to answer any queries or silly questions I had concerning my trip to Thailand last year and Vietnam this year. The price was competitive with the highest standards and not the norm with many companies I have dealt with in the past. I would recommend DialAFlight to everyone - so many companies will book your holiday and take your money and offer no customer service .

I love the flexible approach - you can do flight only, fully organised trip with tours, or half and half (my approach). The incremental approach really works for me while I work out what we want to do - which I really appreciate. Adam has continued to be brilliant .
We almost missed our connections between Singapore and Amsterdam to get the Humberside flight! And this time our luggage was delayed both outbound and inbound.
Amazing holiday to Vietnam. Premium economy on Vietnam Airlines was really roomy and great service, transfers on time and comfortable! Loved the Intercontinental Hanoi and Meliá Hotel in Danang was fabulous especially the villa room (amazing pool). We’ll definitely go again. Thanks Jenson, you are the best - appreciate you catering for all our special requests.

Ralph was the best, kept me informed and all worked out. The only hiccup was a change of terminal for Etihad from Singapore and with six suitcases wasn’t an easy move after cab dropped us. Airline confirmed change of Terminal recently.

Nicholas Brew was outstanding - from the first phone call I made to a last minute flight change from the Vietnamese airline he was able to make this very important trip to meet long lost family an absolute delight. I literally cannot speak highly enough of him and think everyone needs a Nicholas! DialAFlight is an unexpected revelation to me even after 40 years of independent travel!

Loved our stay at the Park Hyatt and was very grateful for the use of facilities after check out. Your staff were all amazing, kind, attentive and very professional.
Oli was amazing, especially as we needed to change hotels and come home early. He was straight on it and sorted out hotel and flight within 10 minutes and took away all our stress. Confirmation sent straight away and we were confident that all was in hand. What an amazing person!
