Have used DialAFlight in the past and been very impressed with them and their out of hours service. We have just used them again and the service has been equally as good, if not better. Tammy has been phenomenal with our once in a lifetime holiday. They are there 24/7 if you have any problems. You cannot go wrong. Highly recommend

Everything went perfectly.
Not enough time between landing at Hanoi from Phu-Quoc and getting the connecting flight to Doha from the international departure terminal at Hanoi. It takes much longer to transfer from domestic arrivals to international departures, We almost missed the flight as the check in had already closed by the time we landed at Hanoi. We had to be run through the security by staff and only just made it with seconds to spare. Otherwise all went very well.

Glen was amazingly informative, helpful and went the extra mile at every point of the booking, confirmation and planning process. I was suitably 'wowed' by his service, knowledge and approach. In his absence, other team members took over and were equally as responsive and helpful to any queries i raised... I have already recommended your services and particularly Glen to others. Amazing service. All hotels spot on. Pick up and transfers to and from airports went really smoothly. Local agent in Vietnam super at comms. Really couldn’t believe how well everything went considering how many location changes. Not sure we could have done this trip without Glenn's help.

The holiday was perfect and the recommendation of Evason Ana Mandara in Nha Trang was excellent. One of the best places we’ve stayed.
There was a slight hiccup at the last hotel, which was hotel providers fault, not Spike's. But knowing he was on hand to help as he did was such a comfort when I was half way across the world.
