I have used DialAFlight several times for holidays and flights and the service never wavers. Some companies get you on board and then take you for granted but not DialAFlight.
I would 100% recommend these guys. They are honest, open, quick responding, helpful, funny, professional and always there to pick the phone up as soon as you dial.

Assistance at Singapore Airport was very bad both to and from Australia. Will be booking with either Emirates or Etihad in the future. Singapore Airline B777 300E on flight from Singapore to Heathrow was an old plane, loud at times especially in the first 30 min and there were a few faults. Not impressed! But that has nothing to do with your service!
