I would not recommend breakfast at the Crowne Promenade Melbourne. Zero star rating from us.
I particularly like the personal touch and knowing I could contact our manager any time I had a query, which I did, being quite naïve about modern flying. I should have contacted Visa to let them know we were going to Australia as they blocked my card when I needed it and caused a lot of stress. That's not the fault of DialAFlight but it may be advisable to let people know before they travel.

Brilliant, very impressive. It made a multi flight and location family holiday ( with several families ) to Australia, Tasmania and NZ really easy and straightforward. Callum is excellent and unflappable
I am a not so young solo traveller and really appreciate the personal touch when booking and throughout. Also the wonderful way they organised all the help I needed.
An excellent service provided from beginning to end. Molly was always at the end of the phone whenever I had any queries and if she was not available another member of the team was there to step in. A lovely gesture having a call from Molly a few days prior to my flight asking if everything was okay and wishing me a happy holiday.
I dealt with Natasha and have been extremely impressed with her professional and friendly approach answering any queries throughout the booking process. We would like to thank Roray for his help throughout the entire process of having to rebook our holiday during covid. However, I would like to point out that our experience on the outbound flight with BA was less than satisfactory, bearing in mind that we were flying business/ club class. We do not intend to pursue this further as it's not worth the stress, but we will not fly with BA in future.
Wheelchair assistance at Sydney airport grossly inefficient not being available until airline check-in opened despite passengers in transit from a domestic flight having to touch down 8 hours prior to their ongoing international flight. Once available there were not enough staff to push resulting in further unacceptable delays.
There do seem to be more cancellations and delays out of Hobart than before. Suggest allow longer at Melbourne.

Wouldn’t fly with BA again - worst airline for customer service. And Jetstar are a joke. Didn’t comply with international flight baggage allowance and caused issues with my pram.
We had an accident while away and had to change flights. And DialAflight handled it all direct with the insurers to get us home. Couldn't fault them.
Dexter Tahsin, was outstanding throughout the protracted period of the booking. Originally booked before Covid in 2019, he kept in touch throughout and the flights he managed to book for me and my wife were exactly what we wanted and all worked out well.
Helpful in all respects. Smooth flight although the Royal Brunei Airline website could do with some attention.
