I have used DialAFlight several times for holidays and flights and the service never wavers. Some companies get you on board and then take you for granted but not DialAFlight.
I would 100% recommend these guys. They are honest, open, quick responding, helpful, funny, professional and always there to pick the phone up as soon as you dial.

Only downside of our recent trip to Canada was that we could not pre-book our seats in Premium Economy on our KLM flight out to Vancouver - despite Oliver’s best efforts to sort on our behalf. We didn’t get Halal meals. I had requested seats in the front row with plenty of leg room but we were allocated seats in the third row. Long delays at Vancouver airport hence missed the connecting flight to Manchester.

Set above Canada Place’s convention centre and cruise ship terminals, overlooking the stunning waterfront of Vancouver city, the Pan Pacific Hotel is pretty much in a perfect location. With panoramic harbour and mountain views, a short walk from Howe Street’s shopping mall, and close to Stanley Park, when you stay at the Pan Pacific Hotel, you really do get the best of all worlds.
Room Description
Accommodation here is in a combination of spacious guest rooms and suites, all furnished in contemporary style with huge windows offering sweeping views of the harbour, Stanley Park, the city skyline or the coastal mountains. Super-comfortable king or twin double beds feature pillow-top mattresses and there’s a pillow menu, as well as an array of home comforts including at least one LCD TV (some suites have two), iPod docking station, Wi-Fi, well-stocked mini bar, coffee and tea-making facilities, ironing facilities, a safe, two cordless phones, and a writing desk – or in some rooms a fully equipped ergonomic work station. The suites have separate comfortable living areas, furnished with squashy sofas and armchairs, and some rooms and suites have access to the Pacific Club, which offers complimentary lounge and boardroom usage, concierge services and a variety of drinks and snacks.
Activities
Soak up the amazing views as you take a dip in the outdoor heated rooftop pool or hot tub, or as you work out in the fitness room. There are also local scenic jogging trails to enjoy, provided by the concierge team. Or why not indulge in a spa treatment or two – choose from the extensive menu in the Utopia Spa, from skincare therapies to massage and hydrotherapy, or unwind in the essential-oil infused steam rooms and dry sauna. Then if you can tear yourself away, the sights and sounds of the city and the surrounding mountains await you. The hotel is set right in Vancouver’s prime shopping and entertainment district, with the boutiques of Robson Street and Pacific Centre Mall a short walk away. Then there is Vancouver Aquarium, Stanley Park, Vancouver Art Gallery, and the Museum of Anthropology all with in a short distance. For the more adventurous, Grouse Mountain offers guided hikes, ziplining, wildlife watching, helicopter excursions and more.
Dining
Enjoy a wide variety of local flavours and fresh inredients at the Pan Pacific’s several restaurants and bars. Oceans 999 is a great place to watch cruise ships pass by as you savour Pacific Northwest cuisine, from seafood to pasta, and an unmissable Sunday brunch. For elegant upscale dining, Five Sails Restaurant offers European/Continental blend cuisine, and for relaxed al fresco dining with stunning views of Stanley Park, the Lions Gate Bridge and Coastal mountains, try the Patio Terrace. Coal Harbour bar is the spot for cocktails and live jazz, but if you just want to curl up in your PJs, inroom dining is available 24/7.
