You could let BA know that the check in was total chaos - we had to be pulled out of line so as not to miss the flight and even people who had checked in online and were trying to drop their bags (also chaos) were told to join the queue and check in again - an absolute shambles. And the food on the plane 3 out of 10. I shall fly Virgin next time.
