I have used DialAFlight several times for holidays and flights and the service never wavers. Some companies get you on board and then take you for granted but not DialAFlight.
I would 100% recommend these guys. They are honest, open, quick responding, helpful, funny, professional and always there to pick the phone up as soon as you dial.

Room Description
The eight-story Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman offers 365 spacious guest rooms and suites, all featuring balconies with ocean, garden or resort views. Beds are dressed with feather duvets, goose-down and Italian linens. Marble and limestone bathrooms have separate showers and tubs, make-up and shaving mirrors, dual-sink vanities, spa toiletries, bathrobes and slippers. Other amenities include Nespresso Coffee Machine, Flat screen TV, CD and DVD players, telephones, safes, large desks, and fully stocked mini bars.
Activities
Set in the centre of Seven Mile Beach, The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman has direct access to the clear Caribbean Sea, inviting snorkelling, scuba diving, kayaking and relaxed swimming. The resort features a nine hole, Greg Norman-designed golf course, three clay tennis courts and two pickle ball courts, basketball court and wave games room for kids. You can also enjoy eco-adventures and family activities with Jean-Michel Cousteau’s Ambassadors of the Environment, and Starfish Cay, a new interactive water attraction for families.
Dining
The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman offers an array of cuisine, including the Caribbean’s only AAA Five Diamond dining experience, Blue by Eric Ripert. The hotel is also home to Andiamo, an al fresco Italian kitchen overlooking the resorts winding waterways and serving fresh-made pasta, pizza and delicately grilled entrees, Taikun, serving gourmet sushi and Seven, with its fine steaks. Saint June offers a refined, relaxed, oceanfront setting, where guests can enjoy stylish drinks and food. Signature dishes feature local flavours, South American-inspired creations and artful cocktails. A selection of bars includes Silver Palm Lounge, where guests can enjoy Caribbean-inspired cocktails, adventurous martinis, specialty mojitos and premium liquors.
