Hurricane Irma caused chaos to Florida and our flight home. Jason stepped in and sorted a rerouting back via Belize, same class and almost the same schedule. Great work.

You need to warn travellers flying with United Airlines through Houston that the place is a nightmare! 1.5 hrs between connecting flights and it took over 70 minutes to get through customs. Then with 2 young children, we had a 20 minute sprint to catch the flight and the US customs are rude, dismissive and literally do not give a damn - we have never experienced such a nightmare, both ways. Avoid Houston at all costs.
