I have used DialAFlight several times for holidays and flights and the service never wavers. Some companies get you on board and then take you for granted but not DialAFlight.
I would 100% recommend these guys. They are honest, open, quick responding, helpful, funny, professional and always there to pick the phone up as soon as you dial.

The hotels were wonderful. All of our transportation/trips were exceedingly well organised, on time and very friendly and informative. We especially loved Hotel Arenal Manoa in La Fortuna - would have loved an extra day or two there! Service was second to none and such a beautiful setting. The hot springs are wonderful. Hotel and Spa Poco a Poco - again, wonderful service and lovely place to stay. Hotel pool is beautiful and the hotel is set up / laid out / equipped so well to allow for all the rain showers! Overall, a wonderful trip, we are so pleased to have experienced it!

Let clients know that when travelling through the USA you need 2 hours to get through customs and passport check. You can miss your connecting flight. Also United Airlines are not the best airline ever.

Activities
Explore the private nature reserve within Gaia Hotel & Reserve or take one of many tours around Manuel Antonio National Park. Get up close and personal with crocodiles and local birds, take a sport fishing trip and try ocean kayaking before sampling surfing. Save some time to sunbathe beside one of the resort’s three-tier infinity pools with waterfalls and, if you have the energy, head to the well-equipped gym for a workout.
Dining
Glide to the swim-up bar for a tropical cocktail, keeping an eye out for iguanas, sloths and squirrel monkeys, then snack on tasty tapas. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, La Luna Restaurant serves international and local cuisine such as fresh meat and fish alongside traditional black beans. Romantic seven-course meals can also be arranged at Gaia Hotel & Reserve, as can wine-pairing menus and cooking classes, while a daily Happy Hour takes place in the Ambar Lounge from 4-6pm.
