I am SO glad I booked my flights via an agent, and used DialAFlight. I was able to easily change my flights at the last minute to accommodate covid tests and when my original flight cancelled DialAFlight dealt with the refunds and rebooked me on a flight with another airline. Not only good value, but good service too.
