Excellent hotel but quirky, also the name has changed from Holiday Inn to the Penta. Very good location in a district with lots of shops and good restaurants. Tram outside taking you to museums and antique district. Thanks again for all help.
BA sent us a text message at 04.56 on the morning of our 07.55 flight to say the flight had been cancelled & we were being placed on a BA flight instead at 16.40 that day. It was only by phoning BA shortly after receiving the text message that BA said they could put us on a Brussels Airlines flight at 07.45 the same morning. We think that it was poor service from BA on 2 counts; for having cancelled our original flight in the first place at such last minute & also for not having tried to book us on a flight closer to our flight time without us having to contact them to enquire about it. As such I’ve raised a complaint with BA to express our dissatisfaction with them. We have no issues with the good service we received from DialAFlight I hasten to add.
Richard Stumpf and DialAFlight planned, organised and costed our vacation requirements in Belgium exactly how we requested, and gave tons of good advice. Everything went well for a marvellous and memorable vacation
Wasn't happy being told 24 hours before flying that Birmingham to Brussels flight was cancelled then flew from Manchester and had to change taxis .
Just a bit of a hiccup over one room where breakfast had not been paid for and I had paid. Otherwise Bruges is a lovely place to visit

Another great trip organised by Vincent and his team. The trip ran smoothly, older style hotel but perfect for what we wanted. My first stop now for all our travel plans and requirements and highly recommended to family and friends.
Helpful personnel (Justin and Jasper) and got a good deal albeit the return leg was, arguably, more time consuming than would have been preferred. That said, I've diaried DialAFlight's number so will use you again.

Wheelchair assistance seemed to be a real issue at the airports. On occasion attitude of BA staff and airport assistance was a little harsh to say the least.

The hotel was lovely, though the canal view room windows were heavily draped and small so not sure it's worth paying extra as the canaal is small.
We recommend that area of Venice as handy but away from the crowds.
Could not recommend Brussels Airlines but that is not your fault
