There seems to be a lack of communication for wheelchair requirements by BA. When we booked in at LHR they were not aware of the 2 wheelchair requests. At Marseilles, I was put in a wheelchair where one side guard was missing and the tyre was rubbing on my trousers! These are issues where DialAFlight is not at fault.
Thanks for helping get me home after taxi without electric power caused me to miss flight from Marseille.

French passport control a TOTAL nightmare. EU queue of about 20 people. Non-EU queue about 5,000 people. Only found out afterwards that as one of us still has an EU passport we could both have gone through the much smaller queue! You might want to let your customers know about that.

We were caught by the Saturday chaos at Heathrow which meant a 5 - 6 hour wait at Marseille before they sent a Jumbo out to take two loads home. Have just recommended you to a nephew!
