I have used DialAFlight several times for holidays and flights and the service never wavers. Some companies get you on board and then take you for granted but not DialAFlight.
I would 100% recommend these guys. They are honest, open, quick responding, helpful, funny, professional and always there to pick the phone up as soon as you dial.
I was recommended to DialAFlight by a colleague and have used them ever since. If you want what is verging on a private concierge travel service then no need to look further.
After trawling through no end of websites and visiting a High Street travel agent I came across DialAFlight only to realise that I could have saved myself so much time and effort.

We had poor service from our local travel agent and spent almost two days trying to get through to BA and BA Holidays.
We then called DialAFlight and Patrick answered the phone immediately and a few hours later a complete package holiday with transfers and business class seats had been booked. BA then cancelled the early morning flight and offered a late evening flight. Patrick informed the hotel and transfer so the driver was there for arrival after midnight in Nice and he booked a room with seaview and balcony. So a wonderful holiday

Just one small comment which will help in future flights to Nice. Our reservation for our departure flight on BA2575 was listed as leaving Nice Terminal 2, when in actual fact it should have been Terminal 1. A minor point which could cause confusion in future.

Theo kept us informed throughout including wishing us a good holiday the day before we went away. The apartments were perfect and the town of Antibes where we stayed was beautiful. There was plenty of the old town to explore and the choice of restaurants were plentiful and varied.
