Would avoid Vueling in the future. They are disorganised about check-in online AND in person. No true Bag Drop - and no desk at Gatwick so all done through GGS. Orly even worse. Nearly missed return flight because of this and neither airport was super busy. Didn't communicate late arrival on return flight. BA outsources to Vueling who outsources to airport staff. Bad plan!
Great service-friendly, sensible, professional. Not more expensive but definitely easier for the customer. Great for small or big trips.

Had issue with local transfer from Paris to Orly.
The local provider you used for this private transfer did not allow adequate time for the Paris traffic. I had in fact rung them the evening before to bring our pick up time forward 30 minutes after seeing how bad the traffic was and would have missed flight had I not done so! Suggest this is reviewed especially for Paris with the Olympics coming shorty.

The only thing was transfer from Orly to CDG on the way back - there is no transfer bus any more so you have to get the train/tube and change once - also the cases didn't go through all the way - you had to pick them up at Orly and then put them in again.

Slight hassle with the taxi transfers to and from the airport. After a few messages, and a phone call from our hotel to our driver for the return journey, it all resolved itself.

Everything was OK apart from the company Hoppa Go which you guys provided us to pick us up from the Paris airport and take us to our hotel did not show up and we had to pay for our own taxi to take us to the hotel..thay was disappointing.
