Despite my high rating our trip was marred by poor signage at Amsterdam airport and our plane being two hours late, necessitating an overnight stay (paid for by KLM).

All worked well. Wheelchair facilities at LHR were good. However at Munich help was not forthcoming and from plane to baggage reclaim was something of an assault course. Lufthansa staff most unhelpful. However everything else worked fine.

All our hotels were is perfect locations. When I needed to call the office I got straight through and the issue was resolved straight away.
Had a terrible experience with Lufthansa being put on standby and had our seating allocation messed up - but hotel was great.
Stevi is always very helpful and friendly and also provides an excellent service. She is always reliable and above all has managed to put together good deals for us! I would have no hesitation in using DialAFlight again or recommending it to anyone.

Munich airport a nightmare - not enough staff at immigration, fortunately had hand luggage. Terminal Two was torn up and had to go back to One for immigration and security. Very little air conditioning on one of the hottest weekends of the year. Just chaos. This for your info. Otherwise a great trip.
Some muddles but we have both learned from them.

Service is 2nd to none!
The wheelchair arrangement on arrival at Cologne Airport was very poor. We had to wait some time for assistance for my wife and I had to walk everywhere. LHR was very good with their assistance both on departure and arrival. I'm sure the lapse at Cologne on arrival was no reflection on DialAFlight but lack of liaison by BA.
