Seat allocation on the plane was bad. In future I would pay a fee earlier to book seats.
Also a mix up with rooms meant that certain members of the family could not eat breakfast with the rest in the same restaurant
Overall it was a fantastic place and a great holiday

Fantastic service. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Informative, helpful and Patrick and Liam went the extra mile on the customer service. Even when I had to check something on day of departure from Crete. Both understood and listened to the specific requirements of our holiday and delivered this to perfection and we were very happy with the holiday including the private transfer organised. Overall 10/10 for our holiday and very pleased with the high levels of customer service that DialAFlight prides itself on.

Everything went smoothly and within promised timelines. The private transfers were excellent. We had an added bonus of a history lesson on Crete during WW2 from the driver on the return trip, which we found fascinating.
Assistance at Terminal 5 Heathrow was, as expected, a disgrace. They just cannot understand how inefficient they are. No reflection on DialAFlight

Thank you DialAFlight. Service with Cameron was excellent from the start of our holiday to checking up that we were OK after the earthquake in Crete. Hotel was gorgeous and fitted the brief and budget for our trip. The staff at the resort could not do enough and nothing was too much trouble.
Jessica went above and beyond. She called the hotel to get answers to some questions relating to Covid tests. She also called to check we were OK following an earthquake in the local area. She is so lovely, very easy to talk to, no hard sell, love DialAFlight!
