I have used DialAFlight several times for holidays and flights and the service never wavers. Some companies get you on board and then take you for granted but not DialAFlight.
I would 100% recommend these guys. They are honest, open, quick responding, helpful, funny, professional and always there to pick the phone up as soon as you dial.

As always Matthew was extremely helpful and got the accommodation pretty much spot on. Hotels very comfortable and staff very personable. Slight negative with the car hire company but all in all a great success.

Darren was excellent in helping us to organise our holiday. The one problem was on arrival back it took over an hour to reclaim our baggage which meant we were late for our Addison Lee taxi which was very upsetting. We have used DialAFlight before to organise our holidays and have always been very pleased with the service.

Your personal service is second to none. Very attentive, immediate response to any messages and always resolve any problems that may arise by third parties. Our recent trip was affected by a cancellation from EasyJet, but you got us re-booked on the very next flight only a few hours after we should have travelled without any problems whatsoever, including the car hire which was absolutely brilliant!

It doesn’t get more luxurious than at the 5-star Borgo Egnazia hotel complex set in the heart of the beautiful farming region of Puglia, 1km from the small town of Savelletri di Fasano in sun-drenched southern Italy. It offers sophisticated accommodation, gourmet restaurants and upmarket amenities, all of which is spread across three impressive traditionally designed buildings – La Corte, the hotel’s main section which hosts various hotel rooms, Il Borgo at the heart of the property with a stunning piazza and various apartment accommodation, and finally Le Ville offering a variety of villa accommodation. The nearest airports are Brindisi and Bari both 50km away.

Borgo Egnazia’s rooms, apartments and villas are the epitome of stylish living, all boasting a beautiful chic-rustic décor creating using lots of natural stone, whitewashed walls and original features. They’re all equipped with stylish contemporary furnishings including super king-sized beds, at least one stone bathroom with a central bathtub, double shower, three phones, a safe, mini bar, at least one flat-screen TV, on-demand music and satellite channels, speakers in the bathroom and Wi-Fi. Villas in Le Ville are effectively three-storey townhouses with three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living area, basement, terrace, garden, patio and private swimming pool.
Activities
The hotel’s central location makes it well located for discovering the region’s history and natural landscape which include Baroque architecture, caves, Neolithic sites and stunning hilltop villages. The hotel can arrange excursions around the local region, or create personalised itineraries for guests.
Dining
Due Camini is the hotel’s most sophisticated restaurant with an elegant and refined atmosphere and serving gourmet dishes prepared using the finest Apulian ingredients. As expected it operates a strict dress code which means no shorts or open shoes for me. On the opposite end of the scale is the La Frasca restaurant, a more casual and rustic affair, serving typical homemade Apulian meals. There’s also a special children’s area where they can eat their meals, a barbecue serving fresh fish and a cooking school if you’re keen to recreate any of the dishes you’ve sampled during your time at Borgo Egnazia.
