Service overall was fantastic. Wish I had been informed of the cabin luggage difference for my easyjet flight though.

All great - thank you to Bella for arranging. The hotel was lovely and very central, Verona was great place to explore.

The initial car booked was far too small for two and the check in option did not work and we had to call to sort it. However the modifications were acted on quickly, and the location and the hotel far surpassed expectations, and we had a delightful break.

Another fantastic trip organised by Andrew. Everything went according to plan - it’s the fine details that make the difference to the holiday.
