I always feel well looked after and would never buy a ticket without your expert help. However I wasn’t at all happy with BA who insisted I put my hand luggage in the hold as there wasn’t space on the plane. Indeed there was plenty of room above my seat. It happened again on my return journey when I got a message on my mobile telling me that due to a full flight I would be asked to put my hand luggage in the hold. Not only was there ample space in all the overhead lockers but I counted more than ten empty seats!

Use our speedy private transfer service to avoid the stress of finding your way out of the airport terminal and looking for a taxi or bus on arrival.
