I guess it might help idiots like me if you remind them of their baggage allowance when you send the check-in reminder. I had misremembered the fact that I'd said we would manage without hold luggage - which proved an expensive mistake!

Service was good as normal. However as a fit family we were disappointed that our hotel had closed the gym & sauna due to renovations. I realise that it has to close at some point, and that the Christmas holidays are probably the best time, but we would have probably booked a different hotel, had we known this.
