My only criticism is that the DAF team should have had better info about Singapore Airlines A380 business class seating, which is seriously awful and frankly a disgrace for the money.

BA are the worst national carrier. Flight going out late, business class like sardines, food on menu not available, staff lacking pride in their job.

I think there needs to be clarity about added cost of seat selection at the outset. I knew about this added cost and therefore asked about it but often people don’t and have the cost added at check in ( when the better seats have often been already booked).
