The trip was fantastic but we did have an issue with the first pick up as we had to pay for a taxi but overall the trip was brilliant

We had a great trip with no problems. The only query we had was when flying from Christchurch to Hong Kong via Sydney we spotted a direct flight with Cathey Pacific which would obviously have been much better.

Outbound transfer time at LAX (2.5 hrs) was insufficient, we reached boarding gate only 10 mins before scheduled departure, which was extremely stressful. I would suggest additional layover time or alternative routing e.g. SFO which is less busy. Car hire and other flights all excellent.
