I have used DialAFlight several times for holidays and flights and the service never wavers. Some companies get you on board and then take you for granted but not DialAFlight.
I would 100% recommend these guys. They are honest, open, quick responding, helpful, funny, professional and always there to pick the phone up as soon as you dial.
I was recommended to DialAFlight by a colleague and have used them ever since. If you want what is verging on a private concierge travel service then no need to look further.

Nothing wrong with your service and Ellie was 5 star. Also the hotel is well positioned and the staff helpful. But it is getting very tired and the rooms are very dated. We still enjoyed the holiday.

Fine hotel. However they booked us into a suite which we did not want ... very small bedroom and lounge we didnt require after we requested a LARGE Prestige room. Showed us a Prestige room without a walk-in shower which they knew was a strict requirement and nothing else so had no choice but to accept the suite.

Once again our return journey was affected by forces beyond our control - an Autobahn accident resulted in a one hour delay and us missing our flight home. We took two flights to get back but when we did we found our luggage was still in Dusseldorf

Everything was excellent during our stay. The only thing that didn’t happen was the transfer back to the airport as the Hopper bus arranged didn’t contact us or confirm pick up so we got a taxi which was not a problem.
