I have used DialAFlight several times for holidays and flights and the service never wavers. Some companies get you on board and then take you for granted but not DialAFlight.
I would 100% recommend these guys. They are honest, open, quick responding, helpful, funny, professional and always there to pick the phone up as soon as you dial.

The trip worked very well and according to plan, even if the weather was generally worse than in the UK that week. The Paradors themselves were mostly excellent venues in lovely locations and settings. The big surprise was that the quality of regional and local food in their restaurants was also excellent and reasonably priced.

It all went very smoothly. It was a good time to travel through Heathrow, no lines and no hold ups. Bilbao airport is small - easy exit and into a taxi for a short journey to town. Excellent hotel - central and easy walk to the Guggenheim. The sun even shone.

Opened in 1926 as an elegant, luxurious hotel (it was the first in Spain to have en-suites!), the Hotel Carlton in Bilbao has an illustrious history and retains all of its old-world charm. It was the seat of government during the Spanish Civil War and is now listed as an architectural and cultural monument in the city. Located in the Plaza de Federico Moyúa, it’s in the perfect spot to access all the sights of the city.
Room Description
In a mix of contemporary and traditional styles, the rooms and suites at Hotel Carlton are spacious and stylish, featuring designer wallpapers, high-quality bedding and lofty ceilings. You get high-tech TVs, free wifi and modern bathrooms, plus the larger rooms have daybeds at the picture windows and the suites have adjoining living rooms and bathroom goodies from Bulgari.
Activities
There’s a fitness centre at Hotel Carlton Bilbao, which includes a steam room, and there’s lots to see in the surrounding area. The beautiful Chavarri Palace – the current offices of the government – is just steps away, while the world-renowned Guggenheim Museum Bilbao and Bilbao Fine Arts Museum are within 15 minutes’ walking distance.

The Carlton Restaurant serves traditional Basque dishes and international flavours in a lavish space of panelled walls and chandeliers. Its ‘Carlton Fridays’ are famous for the mouth-watering Rice & Northern Lobster dish. The hotel’s Bar Americano offers luxe cocktails.
