Secrets Lanzarote is a superb resort with all facilities included on the one site. Lanzarote does need investment and updating when compared with other sites in Puerto Del Carmen and Costa Teguise. Overall, the holiday was a success and I'm ready to go back in 2025.

I spoke to Lloyd Stephens on the phone at Lanzarote Airport on my return flight. I was given a scare by check in, who, because of the assumed weight of the overall cargo, told me my ticket would have to be on standby and I might have to fly back the following day. Lloyd was very reassuring on what actions I could take. As it happens I was allowed on the plane anyway so it was panic over.

Your company continues to provide excellent service. Recently Sadie Stallion helped us out of a hole at Faro when a faulty plane led to us having to stay overnight at short notice. And from afar sorted out an overnight hotel for us at short notice. Excellent!

Kirsty was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for her. Any queries were dealt with promptly and sorted, such as organising a welcome pack at the villa we were staying in. She even checked us in for our return journey home. Honestly, the service from DialAFlight was fantastic.
