Overall a great trip. Easyjet, as usual, were late and even managed to miss their later take off slot on the return trip to UK as the passenger tally was incorrect.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Paradisus on Gran Canaria recommended by Helen Jones and her team. Perfect beachside location, spa, four restaurants and a food hall, 24 hour room service, gym, and attentive friendly staff. Beautifully decorated with lush tropical gardens. We booked the exclusive Reserve area of the hotel that has its own pool, bar and sun terrace. The Paradisus is a 45 minute walk along the coast path to the dunes of Maspalomas which we used most days but a regular bus service stops outside the front door. We've stayed at Ikos resorts in the past and the Meliá group runs them close but it’s a considerably cheaper option if you’re looking for an escape from the UK’s wettest winter. Helen has been organising our holidays for the past 15 years and has never let us down

Another brilliant holiday. The flights and transfers were great and the hotel and Mogán resort were perfect for us. The weather was hot and sunny and we were close to the buses from where we explored other places. An island trip with a guide was worth the money. Thank you Chloe!
Only issue was doing the online check in. It would seem that the check had to be with the main airline rather than who I was booked with. But guys sorted it quickly which was excellent.

BA were not on time either out or in - as usual. God knows what you are meant to do if you have a connecting flight when you fly BA! The Club element was poorly managed, almost non existent at Las Palmas - both checking in and boarding.
