Joey Verner was excellent. I was concerned my daughter going away without me. He made me feel at ease and reassured me that all would run smoothly. It was perfect she had an amazing time. Transfers were on time, hotel was great value. I also felt happy having a 24 hour emergency phone number which gets answered by a real person if needed and not just a robot. Overall fantastic I wouldn't book a holiday with anyone else.

As always, great service from Isaac.

Only negative was the transfer as the minicab was old and we got stopped by police on entry into the airport. When the police finally let us through the driver dropped us at the other side of the terminal to the check in

Jack Sulliman looked after us in the most patient of ways .... my mother aged 90 and myself. We had a wonderful holiday and it's a huge thank you to DialAFlight and Jack.

Everything ran like clockwork

Can't think of any ways of improving - already excellent

Easyjet have zero customer service at Tenerife airport. My flight was delayed by nearly 8 hours and we were treated abysmally by the very few easyjet staff that did eventually appear. Appalling lack of customer relation skills displayed by this company.

We have no hesitation in using DialAFlight. Guy Foskin has provided us with excellent advice and information. He was extremely helpful throughout the booking process resulting in a great holiday.
