I have used DialAFlight several times for holidays and flights and the service never wavers. Some companies get you on board and then take you for granted but not DialAFlight.
I would 100% recommend these guys. They are honest, open, quick responding, helpful, funny, professional and always there to pick the phone up as soon as you dial.
I was recommended to DialAFlight by a colleague and have used them ever since. If you want what is verging on a private concierge travel service then no need to look further.

This is a truly magnificent hotel, one of the oldest in Europe. Past guests have included Napoleon, Picasso, Jean-Paul Sartre, Franz Liszt, Ella Fitzgerald, the Rolling Stones and our own Queen Elizabeth II. It sits proudly on the banks of the Rhine in the Old Town of Basel, providing five-star accommodation and amenities. You can reach the hotel easily from Basel Euroairport, or the hotel will arrange a limousine transfer (fee payable).
Spa
The hotel has its own sauna and relaxation and massage rooms. You can arrange a treatment using products from Feuerstein Essentials Switzerland – ask at reception for details.
Room Description
Guests can choose from 101 majestic rooms and suites, all done out in art deco or neoclassical style, with individual pieces and furnishings. As standard, you’ll find your room comes with a Bang & Olufsen flatscreen satellite TV, DVD and CD player, internet access, minibar (with free soft drinks) and underfloor bathroom heating – whether you choose a junior or double room, junior suite or suite, Herzl room, or Napoleon or Les Trois Rois suite. The latter has its own private outdoor Jacuzzi and sauna on the rooftop terrace, looking out over Basel below.
Activities
Nothing could be more charming that a wander round Basel Old Town, or a wander along the banks of the Rhine. There’s plenty to see and do in and around the hotel, including a visit to the Kunstmuseum, Basel Market, the Anatomy Museum, Basel Munster, Basel Zoo, Tierpark Lange Erlen, the Museum Tinguely and Vitra Design Museum. To keep you going, stop for a hot chocolate at the famous Wanner’s. Back at the hotel there’s a fitness centre, if you want to work it off.
Dining
Two-Michelin-starred Mediterranean cuisine is on the menu at the refined Cheval Blanc. Named after the famous Bordeaux wine producer, it has, as you’d expect, an excellent wine list. There’s also relaxed dining at Brasserie, which provides a range of Swiss and French specialities, and an excellent Sunday brunch. Just a few steps from the hotel is Chez Donati, offering excellent Piedmont fare. For drinks, snacks and afternoon tea, head to the Bar, which also has a humidor, if you fancy a cigar.
