I have used DialAFlight several times for holidays and flights and the service never wavers. Some companies get you on board and then take you for granted but not DialAFlight.
I would 100% recommend these guys. They are honest, open, quick responding, helpful, funny, professional and always there to pick the phone up as soon as you dial.

The outbound flight left an hour late and the inbound flight arrived an hour and a half late.
The mobility assistance prior to departure was excellent. The assistance on return was a total shambles: 'Sorry mate, I finish at 8.00pm.' So I walked to Baggage Reclaim

Sadly, the assistance at Heathrow was chaotic. I was left for a long time and nearly left off the plane. On the return flight BA stewardesses were not interested in helping me to my seat. BA service has declined

We have gone off Swiss Air - I do not have a Swiss Priority Card so was limited to 23kg baggage and the seats have little leg room.
Having said that for two people it was about £1,000 cheaper than BA! So maybe Swiss does have some redeeming features.
