There was an issue with the airport transfer in Istanbul

The paperwork didn’t have the airline numbers for us to check in. It was easily resolved by contacting Michelle.

The holiday was great. Flight times were perfect both ways and the airline (Turkish) was good for Economy seats. Hotel transfers were on time and very comfortable and the hotel was excellent and in a really good location to see all the major sites of the Old City.

There was an issue with the hotel room which was promptly resolved.

Takes the stress out of booking flights and searching the internet

We could have had more instructions for the transfer on the pick up at Istanbul airport as we needed to contact you to find out what we had to do. In other trips we have taken we had drivers waiting for us at arrivals with our name displayed and this wasn’t the case at this airport. Otherwise everything was fantastic as usual!

How to find our taxi transfer in Istanbul? Wasn’t clear and we had to call the office for help. Luckily you were open. But everything else was great.
