Brilliant service

Very helpful and was kept in touch by email and message explaining what needed to be done.

We would recommend friends to DialAFlight but please avoid Delhi airport for transit and particularly if it involves terminal change from 3 to 1. Also avoid Virgin Atlantic upper class. I upgraded but the service wasn’t as promised and neither was the food. I was served the same menu as for premium.

As usual, Connie at DialAFlight came up trumps for our recent trip to India. From finding a complicated itinerary of flights that worked brilliantly for us, to ensuring we had all the necessary documentation and informing us promptly of any changes to the schedule. The security of knowing that you have a contact 24/7 in case of flight issues whilst away is invaluable. We would never use or trust any one else to book our flights

Everything went exactly as planned. Thank you. Although it might help you to know that Jet Airways seats are smaller than normal. I'm 5ft 1in and size 10 and I just fit in nicely. A normal sized guy would be a squeeze but anyone any larger would struggle. Food was good though and service great.
