I have used DialAFlight several times for holidays and flights and the service never wavers. Some companies get you on board and then take you for granted but not DialAFlight.
I would 100% recommend these guys. They are honest, open, quick responding, helpful, funny, professional and always there to pick the phone up as soon as you dial.
I was recommended to DialAFlight by a colleague and have used them ever since. If you want what is verging on a private concierge travel service then no need to look further.

The flights to and from were not good.
In flight entertainment not working throughout. I did raise this with Air India flight attendant. I was advised to contact their customer service team via their website.

We have just returned from an excellent tour in India and have been massively impressed with the whole package arranged by Les.
Amritsar, Varanasi, Bandhavgarh Tiger Park, Delhi and Agra were included over 15 days and hotels were unique and impressive, connections transfers and longer journeys were efficiently carried out and we have returned having experienced unique destinations with lasting memories. Fantastic!

Directly across the road from the Guru Ram Das Ji International Airport, the Radisson Blu Amritsar is all about comfort and convenience,. Very close to the Golden Temple, the landmark cultural centre of the Sikh religion, and 10km from the city centre with all its cultural attractions, restaurants and markets, the Radisson Blu is an ideal destination for business and leisure travellers.
Room Description
The Radisson Blu has 188 rooms and suites, ranging from the Superior to the Business Class and the Premier Suite. Décor is elegantly modern and minimalist, in restful neutral tones – there are even some rooms with wooden floors for guests who are allergic to carpets. Standard mod cons include an ergonomic work station, hi-speed internet access, fully stocked mini bar and 40inch LCD TV. Bathrooms are fabulous with features like rain showers and glass walls, double vanity sinks and separate soaking tubs. Business Class rooms enjoy extra amenities such as two pieces of ironing per day, a daily newspaper and evening drinks at the Club Lounge. The suites have separate living areas, and the Premier Suites have kitchenetes with tea and coffee makers, microwaves and sink, separate, well appointed dining areas, a walk-in wardrobe, and includes access to the Club Lounge, where you can enjoy breakfast evening drinks and buffets thoughout the day.
Activities
The Radisson BLu Amritsar has a fabulous outdoor pool surrounded by sunloungers and umbrellas, so you can relax and soak up the sun to your heart’s content. There’s is also a luxurious spa opening soon, and a small fitness centre. For guests on a pilgrimage to the Golden Temple there is a shuttle provided at scheduled hours, and of course, the historical and cultural attractions of Amritsar are only a short drive away and the hotel’s travel desk is happy to help book tours and excursions.

The Tavolo Mondo offers 24-hour dining and an extended outdoor patio area, starting with breakfast, and ending with with a fine selection of buffet and a la carte dinner options. as well as live shows. The Wall of Asia offers pan-Asian cuisine cooked in the lively open show kitchen, and the Proof bar is open daily for a wide range of drinks and light snacks.
