There is a great deal of reassurance in knowing that your trip has been arranged by people who really know what they are doing. And that you are not just abandoned to the anonymous machinery of an airline that doesn't really care, in spite of all their rubbish claims about caring! Also that if something goes wrong you can get advice with a telephone call that is actually answered!
Confident and efficient Spencer booked a complete package as requested - the hotel we wanted, good direct flights and good seats. He kept us informed throughout which was important with getting Visas. He was also able to book for other members of our family so we could all go and stay together for the wedding.
All went well except for circumstances beyond one’s control: delayed departure from MAN due to fog at AMS but fortunately
I just about made the connection!

Oman Air flights were on time, boarding was done well before takeoff. Muscat airport has been completely refurbished or totally rebuilt and looks great.Happy to fly with them again
