Air India, despite its quite recent privatisation, is simply awful in every way. I was at Gatwick for 11 hours , with zero information about what was happening. Apparently the previous two Air India flights to Kochi were cancelled. All very stressful, but no fault of DAF!

One of the best holidays we’ve had.
DialAFlight created a once-in-a-lifetime trip to India for us. The trip was outstanding - perfectly judged, memorable and exciting. But more than that their service is what made our trip so incredible. There was always someone on hand (in particular Olivia) throughout the development and booking process. The local supplier was exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble and when we experienced a challenge they were quick and efficient in dealing with it. Would we recommend DialAFlight and Olivia? Yes we would. We already have.
Timing of our flights were brilliant
I was so glad that I booked my flights with DialAFlight. Travelling alone I simply do not know what I would have done without them when both my domestic and international flights were cancelled just a few days before I was due to fly home. I hardly had time to digest the predicament I was in when Joey's email arrived with details of alternative flights. He had found connecting flights for me at almost the same times, but via a different city. My seats were confirmed and as good as those he had found for me on the original booking. I cannot recommend DialAFlight highly enough.

All the guides were excellent and knowledgeable and our driver Anish was such a nice bloke and we were a bit sad when he left us at our last hotel on the beach. I checked in online via Air India for the BA return flight and selected seats. I also paid for seat selection on the leg to Mumbai. When we arrived at Mumbai we found our adjacent seats (aisle and middle) had been replaced with two middle seats in different rows. Not your problem but was it AI or BA who made the change I wonder...?

Everything went smoothly including landing back at Gatwick AFTER the great shutdown due to drones. We loved Qatar Airways
Business class was well worth the money particularly with the short transfer times. Going via Abu Dhabi incurred delays and having fast track though the airport was a godsend. If I was to book economy then I would ensure I had longer transfer times at the hub.
