Marshall a superstar as always

LATAM has improved its service since March 2022: Better aircraft, better food and more comfortable. Business class seems almost worth the price!

The 8 hr wait in São Paulo for connecting flight was exhausting as couldn’t book our luggage in until 4 hrs before flight. Had been told at Edinburgh that our suitcases would go straight through to Illeus, but on flight were told we had to pick up and go through customs! Apart from that all went well
