I have used DialAFlight several times for holidays and flights and the service never wavers. Some companies get you on board and then take you for granted but not DialAFlight.
I would 100% recommend these guys. They are honest, open, quick responding, helpful, funny, professional and always there to pick the phone up as soon as you dial.

DialAFlight was fine but we will not use Latam to Brasil again, as a Brazilian I am disappointed. The airline is reflecting what the country is going through at the moment.

Unfortunately the service was terrible at the airport, especially after losing some baggage that was very important to me. However your organisation was absolutely perfect, incredibly easy, and no mess. However possibly give flyers a warning about TAP airlines before flying.
